Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order ships, not from the moment you place it. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.
Frequently asked questions
When does my order ship?
We prepare and hand orders to the courier within 2 business days of purchase, usually sooner. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.
How do I track my shipment?
As soon as your parcel leaves us you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow it. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Will I pay customs duties or import VAT on delivery?
No. For every destination outside the European Union — the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the other countries listed above — customs duties and import taxes are already included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. The courier will not ask you for anything on delivery.
Shipments within the European Union are not subject to customs formalities.
Why is there a €165 minimum order for the United Kingdom?
It follows from the British customs rules introduced after Brexit, which treat shipments above and below a certain value differently. By setting a €165 minimum we can ship with duties and VAT already paid, so there are no surprise charges for you on delivery.
How does free shipping work?
The threshold is calculated on your cart total after any discounts and before shipping costs. Once you pass it, the free option appears automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Do you ship to other countries?
We currently serve Italy, the European Union and the European countries listed above. If you're writing from a country you can't find in the table, get in touch at info@cosmeticswan.com and we'll look at it case by case.
My parcel shows as delivered but I haven't received it
First check with your neighbours and building reception, and look at the tracking to see whether the courier left the parcel at a pickup point. If you still can't find it after 24 hours, write to us with your order number and we'll open a claim with the courier.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as possible at info@cosmeticswan.com with your order number and the new address.
